at the Farley Center
for Peace, Justice & Sustainability.

organic growing methods,
decreasing tillage, and

Hi there! I'm Katie, your friendly farmer and the owner of Sunshine Salad Farm.
Going to music festivals and growing food are two of my favorite things, and I'm so grateful to get to share these beautiful experiences and salads with you all!
